At EHL's HumanX Summit 2026 in Lausanne, our co-founder and CEO Martim Gois joined the Day 2 panel "Open Innovation: From Promise to Practice."
He sat alongside leaders from Richemont and Canon and other hospitality-tech founders. The discussion went past the term itself to where it gets hard: how hotels actually adopt outside innovation, what the change management costs, and why most pilots stall. Martim's argument was that adoption starts with a shared mission and a clearly defined problem, before any strategy.
