Summer is ending, and the autumn season deserves a proper start. Together with Cendyn, we're bringing the Nordic hotel community together for an evening at Union Local in Copenhagen.
The evening focuses on guest needs in 2026 beyond the booking. Doors open at 17:00 with drinks, and soon after we'll kick off a 30-minute conversation with our guest speaker: what guests expect when researching and booking a hotel here, the trends influencing their decisions, and how expectations around the booking journey and the stay itself are evolving. We'll bring the hard facts and ask what you're seeing on your side, so come ready to share.
After that, the evening belongs to conversation, with peers from hotels across the Nordics, the teams at Cendyn and Valpas.
